From University to Charter School: BuffSci’s Acquisition of Medaille Campus Brings New Opportunities and Hope for Students in Buffalo

In August 2023, Medaille University closed its doors due to the termination of a merger with Trocaire College and financial instability. The campus was then acquired by the Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School, which has leased it from the Charter Schools Development Corporation (CSDC).
